Communications Policy:

It is our policy that our professionals not make or return phone calls while driving or while performing for our clients.

Talking on cell phones while driving is dangerous for both our professionals and for the community we serve- in so many ways, from distracted driving to higher radiation emmissions.

We refuse to be the reason why someone was injured or worse.

No professional under our commission will break focus, put down their tools and get up off of their knees to answer a cell phone call.

We do precision work and respect our clients, as well as, the job at hand.

If you are not a current client, please restrict your communications to text, email or the provided contact form and never demand or expect an immediate response.

If we are currently working on a project for you, we will return every call in a timely manner.

A receptionist can not adequetely answer your questions. For that, you need a professional in the industry and we are probably on a project and working hard to keep our clients happy. So, please text, email or use the contact form and we will contact you at the first appropriate opportunity.

Initially, you may find this policy frustrating (if you are not a current client). As a client, you will definitely appreciate it.
