Hard to believe this is the same house!
I did a lot of adhesive removal, some black mastic removal and thousands of repairs.
I did a deep grind and then I polished these floors to 3,000 diamond grit.
The floors are sealed, however, the mirror-like finish isn't a coating - just wet diamond polishing.

I use several methods to repair Terrazzo floors ranging from colorized cement to tinted epoxy and marble chips. In most cases, the repairs are undetectable. Watch my YouTube video to see how I do the repairs or to decide if you should/shouldn't attempt to repair it yourself.
